Support through inTouchSM

DataPath developed the inTouchSM Client Portal to facilitate better communication between our clients and support. The inTouchSM Client Portal is a means to put our clients "in touch" with us, putting product support, updates, news, product materials, educational materials and more at your fingertips through the web.

Online inquiries
By logging into inTouchSM, you will be able to log your customer service inquiries and view all active, in process and resolved issues that have been submitted.

Additionally, you will be able to track the escalation level of your issue, remain informed of any steps you may be required to take for support to proceed in handling your inquiry, and see where in the resolution process your issue is. inTouchSM has the added bonus of archiving previous inquiries that you can use to troubleshoot. You also have the ability to rank how your issue is being handled to help us maintain optimal customer satisfaction.

Updates
Clients are able to download the latest software updates for DataPath solutions through the inTouchSM portal. Just select the latest version, download and install.

Custom Marketing Material
inTouchSM makes ordering marketing materials easy. You can view PDFs of available marketing materials and place orders for Custom Marketing materials through the inTouchSM portal.

DataPath University
DataPath University puts all the user educational materials you need at your fingertips. Download PDFs of training and user manuals for all of DataPath's products and solutions. Find "What's New?" documents explaining changes, updates and enhancements in the new builds of our software.
