The mySourceCard® MasterCard® Debit Card is an incredibly powerful tool for any Consumer Directed Plan. One of the biggest stumbling blocks to maximizing enrollment is the perceived difficulty of employee access to funds. Employees hate the idea of having to pay for expenses out of pocket, fill out a claim form and wait for a reimbursement check; they want their plan dollars now. The mySourceCard® can be used to pay out for benefits linked to Flexible Spending Accounts, Dependent Care, Transit and Health Reimbursement Arrangements or can be tied to a Health Savings Account. Because of our solution's unique benefit stacking, purses will pay out in the appropriate order per the plan design, allowing one card for plans that combine FSAs and HRAs.

The mySourceCard® is integrated with the industry standard Inventory Information Approval System, and will therefore autosubstantiate eligible expenses at the point of sale.
