HSAtoday
Health Savings Accounts are at the forefront of a health care revolution that is taking place called Consumer Driven Health Care (CDHC). With an HSA, an individual can combine a pre-tax savings account with a High-Deductible Health Plan to take advantage of more-affordable premiums and unprecedented tax savings.
While some solution providers only see HSAs as a bank/custodian function, DataPath feels that this view is shortsighted. We are currently developing a solution that will fully involve the Plan Service Provider and allow the PSP to administer and profit from HSAs in both the group 125 and individual markets.
