Notice 2005-42 Survey Results and Analysis

DataPath, Inc., recently surveyed its clients and other industry partners in an effort to effectively develop a response to IRS Notice 2005-42, which allows employers to reimburse employees for claims incurred up to 2½ months after the end of the FSA plan year. The results yielded some expected patterns, and also a few surprises.
