New Guidance on Group Health Insurance Coverage Informational Reporting

The IRS has issued new guidance to clarify how employers and benefit plan administrators will need to meet Form W2 health benefit cost reporting requirements, including the treatment of FSAs, HRAs, EAPs and wellness programs, and supplemental coverage.

Updated TPA Forms Available on inTouch

The List of Eligible and Ineligible Expenses has been updated and currently available in a color and black and white version on inTouch under Client Tools > TPA Forms. These are generic forms for you to customize and give to participants to explain eligible FSA and HSA expenses and OTC products.
