Is a Credit Card the Answer to HSA Reimbursement Questions?
You may have seen many articles recently concerning banks and carriers
offering Credit Cards and Lines of Credit to be used as a means to access
funds from Health Savings Account(HSA) benefits. DataPath, Inc. was at the

Four States’ Tax Laws Differ from Federal HSA Rules

own state regulations supersede certain Federal rules.

Final HIPAA Nondiscrimination and Wellness Program
Regulations.
The departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and Treasury have
issued final regulations on the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act’s group health plan nondiscrimination and wellness plan
rules. The final regulations are effective February 12, 2007 and apply for
plan years beginning on or after July 1, 2007.
