The Sessions
This three-day event will provide you valuable insights
into the ever-changing dynamics of benefits administration and help
you establish the connections you need to be profitable and viable
in today's marketplace.
Below are just some of the topics that we will cover
at this event. As regulations, marketing plans, and products change
in the market, so must our agenda. Come meet some new faces, visit
with old friends, and walk away from this conference energized and
excited about your connection with a solid business partner such
as DataPath.
myResourceCard®
The success of this program has given our clients an interconnectivity
with their reimbursement accounts that is unparalleled in the industry.
Now, with your input, the myResourceCard® program is undergoing
some exciting updates and modifications, including a brand new set
of employer and employee documents. Be the first to get the full
story in New Orleans.
Compliance Reality vs. Financial Perception
In your market, there are administrators who operate on the fringe
of the substantiation regulations set by the IRS, DOL, and other
regulatory agencies. This puts a burden on your shoulders to build
your business while combating misperceptions or even a total disregard
for the law. The fact is that there are gray areas that exist, and
we will address some of these issues and show you ways to thrive
and profit in the grayness.
Consumer Driven Health Care
The Consumer Driven Health Care (CDHC) movement continues to gain
momentum and has already changed the face of health care as we know
it. First, we'll take a look back at the circumstances that led
to this exciting health care revolution. Then we'll give you a glimpse
into the future by presenting some case studies from across the
country and show you what's working and selling nationwide.
Health Savings Accounts
We'll also discuss the hottest new CDHC option, Health Savings Accounts,
and show you the important role of the independent Plan Service
Provider in marketing, establishing, and administering HSAs. While
some solution providers only see HSAs as a banking function, DataPath
feels that this view is shortsighted. Our solution fully involves
the Plan Service Provider and allows the PSP to administer and profit
from HSAs in both the group 125 and individual markets. We did it
back in 1997 with MSAs, and we've got the connections and relationships
in place to do it again with HSAs.
We will also show you how to work successfully with
brokers in your market and look in detail at how HSAs can work in
tandem with other plans, including 401(k), FSAs, HRAs, MERP, and
more.
