About DataPath
DataPath, founded in 1984, is a management-owned, privately held company based in Little Rock, AR, that produces software solutions for administering employee benefit plans. Our clients include Employers, TPA outsourcing benefit consultants, and Plan Service Providers, including Banks, CPAs, Insurance Companies, and Insurance Agencies.
Employee Benefit Administration Systems
DataPath specializes in systems for employee benefit plans operating under federal regulations, such as:
- Cafeteria Plans (POP / FSA / DCAP)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
- Dependent Care Plans (DCAPs)
- Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs)
- Medical Expense Reimbursement Plans (MERP)
- Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
- Tax-Free Transportation / Parking Plans
- COBRA
- Credit Card & Debit Card
DataPath takes vague regulatory guidance and creates concrete administration systems. In 1995, for example, DataPath released its first complete system solution, Max105, designed to save employers premium dollars through managed risk by using fully insured insurance group policies. This was a Defined Contribution Plan, designed seven years before others were just starting to discover how to make Defined Contribution Health Plan arrangements work.
DataPath has added to its Defined Contribution Health Plan solution with administration software for Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Rest assured that as opportunities become available, DataPath will be there with a solution.
Electronic Payment Solutions - Give Your Clients a Real Choice!
The solution may not always be new administration software, as evidenced by DataPath's myResourceCard® and mySourceCard™, MasterCard® credit and debit cards that work seamlessly with reimbursement plans such as FSAs, HRAs, DCAPs, and HSAs.
DataPath is determined to provide flexible solutions to allow its clients to market, propose, install, administer, test, and report employee benefit plans.
