Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst is the critical nexus connecting all stakeholders of any business development project within the DataPath organization. The Analyst works with business resources within the company (e.g. executives, managers, sales representatives, customer service personnel, and end users) as well as business interests external to the company (e.g. customers, suppliers, and partners). The Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to identify, analyze, validate, specify, verify, communicate with and manage the real needs of all development project stakeholders. The Analyst will effectively and expeditiously discern the functional baselines of business visions and ideas provided by the corporate leadership team. The Business Analyst will be attuned to the true needs of business users. The Analyst will develop and model detailed steps that most effectively and efficiently solve business problems and will communicate these solutions to the technology development teams assigned to a project. The Business Analyst works throughout the continuum of detail from the extremely general to the extremely specific and has a critical mind to identify opportunities when none may seemingly exist.
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate for the Business Analyst position must have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university.
Current Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) in good standing.
7+ years experience in Systems Analysis. 7+ years reviewing the systems of various types such as: Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, POS, EFT, and Credit Card Processing. Experience with Website design. Experience performing usability studies, ROI, and feasibility analysis. Experience in developing testing strategies and scenarios. Responsibilities:
The administrative assistant in the DataPath Sales department is responsible for providing organizational support to enhance the overall function and effectiveness of the company sales team. The successful applicant will be the main point-of-contact for DataPath software clients and prospects. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors. Attend meetings to record minutes. Maintain customer records, using automated systems. Request sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for implementation. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. Make travel arrangements for executives. Qualifications:
DataPath is seeking a seasoned administrative professional to join our sales team. Applicants must possess a minimum of two years prior experience as an administrative assistant in a sales environment. Knowledge of sales operations in general and experience in the sale of systems and/or services in one or more of the following fields is preferred: employee benefit plan administration systems, healthcare insurance, healthcare claims reimbursement administration (FSA/HSA/HRA) systems and/or services, Third Party Administration (TPA) services for medical insurance claims, insurance claims adjudication systems and services, healthcare industry-related technology systems, Medicare and or Medicaid claims administration systems, healthcare service provider management and or claims processing systems, financial service or financial management systems, payroll processing systems, HRIS/HRIM systems and/or services.A four year college degree is preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities:
A Web/App Developer-Level II is familiar in using the dynamic programming tools and languages that fuel the Web. Specifically ASP.NET and C# will be the primary tools used to create and maintain DataPath applications. The Web Developer Level-II will work both independently and as part of a team that builds and integrates interactive Web sites, applications, and services for both internal and public sites. The Web/App Developer-Level II will develop and test Web applications on various browsers, enhancing and modifying the applications as necessary to ensure the best experience for the user. A WEB/APP Developer-Level II might architecture websites, design data-driven applications, and find efficient client-server solutions so an understanding of the software development lifecycle is a plus. The Level II developer must be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.
Core Requirements:

Responsibilities:
The Network Administrator is responsible for the design, support, maintenance and evaluation of computer networking and telecommunications systems. The Administrator will perform other related duties as assigned. The Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises the DataPath computer network and technology infrastructure. Responsibilities will include deployment, configuration, maintenance, testing and monitoring of network equipment. The Administrator will concentrate on and be ultimately responsible for the overall integrity of the computer network.
Qualifications:
The applicant for the network Administrator position must possess a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate. System Administrator Updated on 1/5/2012

Position Reference Number: 39 Position Title: System Administrator

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include designing, installing, configuring and maintaining servers and other computer systems. The Administrator is a troubleshooter for users who report problems or problems identified through monitoring automated network systems. One of the main duties of the Administrator is the upkeep of the servers, frequent backup protocols and processes to assure there is no data loss due to outages and other malfunctions. The Administrator must develop and maintain measure to insure the security of data from possible access by unauthorized persons. Daily tasks of the Administrator include verification of the integrity of server resources and of systems and key processes; review of system and application logs; ascertain that all the scheduled daily tasks have been performed. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following: Monitor security checks regularly to verify the system has not been breached. Ensure all file systems and system data are backed up daily on the appropriate media; ensure recovery tapes or disks are made and media is recycled and sent off site for safety. Recover and repair from failures due to hardware malfunctions or software crashes. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Check for patches and upgrade of the operating system and apply them regularly. Upgrade the administrative utility and tools and configure CPU, memory and disk partitions as necessary. Maintain operational, configuration and other procedures. Carry out ongoing performance tuning, upgrade the hardware and resource optimization as needed. Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary. Upgrade and configure system software. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
Qualifications:
The applicant for the System Administrator position must possess a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certificate as well as extensive experience with Active directory, Nagios and VMWare. A Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Management Information Sciences, Computer Information Systems, Computer Sciences or a related Information Technology discipline is preferred. The full-service, in-house corporate communications department of DataPath is seeking an energetic Web Designer/Developer who has experience creating and managing websites as well as print materials. The candidate must be able to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment. Primary duties include: building web pages/sites; developing code and integrating artwork, text, video, and sound into websites and social media; and collaborating internally to develop online materials. Secondary duties include pitching in with layout/design of print materials, collaborating with ideation and strategy, interacting with internal/external clients and managing the corporate brand.
Core Requirements:
Applicants will have at least three years of demonstrated development experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP (5 or higher)/SQL — and, as we are a Microsoft shop — be able to work with ASP/ASP.net. Being able to program in Flash Actionscript 3.0 and work with WordPress is essential. Applicants must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop and MS Office, be able to juggle multiple tasks while working under tight deadlines, and possess a working knowledge of digital marketing, interwebs, print production, and production management. The interested individual will enjoy researching new web technologies to provide state-of-the-art capabilities and developing innovative ways to effectively communicate and address challenges in displaying and integrating content to various audiences.

Two (2) years minimum work experience with the required education is the necessary minimum for consideration for the position. A four(4)year degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field is preferred. Demonstrable work experience may be used to substitute for some of the preferred education.
