Responsibilities:

The QA Analyst is charged with providing support to a development team in the creation of new products and services and the enhancement of existing products and services. The responsibilities of the QA Analyst include preparation of test environments; formulation of test scripts and scenarios; maintenance of test environments to assure comprehensive examination of all levels of functionality; schedule and perform tests; record testing results via a tracking mechanism; report testing results; provide knowledgeable debriefing on functionality reports to development teams and department managers; arrange and assist in preparation and execution of alpha and beta testing and perform other QA related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate for the QA Analyst position must have a minimum of three years experience in a Quality Assurance environment in any of the following areas: Flexible Spending Account administration (FSA), Health Saving Account administration (HSA), employee benefits administration or banking industry demand deposit systems including OFAC and BSA knowledge. Knowledge or experience in 401K record-keeping or mutual fund trade networks would be a plus. Experience in a technology-based development environment will be considered. DataPath, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for multiple functions within the organization including the preparation, examination and analysis of accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; computation of taxes owed and preparation of tax reports and/or returns ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations; develop, implement, modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems utilizing current computer technology. The Staff Accountant will assist in projects directed to the development of accounting systems in support of new benefits management administration systems.

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will have knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures and demonstrable experience in corporate, institutional or public accounting. The candidate will possess familiarity with accounting software, compliance software and tax preparation software. A college degree in Accounting or a Business/Finance Degree with an emphasis in Accounting is required. DataPath is a non-smoking environment. Non-smokers only.

Responsibilities:

Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and financial terms. . Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. Quote prices, financial terms and other bid specifications. Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements. Maintain customer records, using automated systems. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. Request sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for implementation. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.

Qualifications:

DataPath is seeking a seasoned professional to join our sales team. Applicants must possess a minimum of two years prior experience in a sales environment. Applicant must be able to provide demonstrable evidence of success in a sales environment. Knowledge of the sales function and experience in the sale of systems and/or services in one or more of the following fields is preferred: employee benefit plan administration systems, healthcare insurance, healthcare claims reimbursement administration (FSA/HSA/HRA) systems and/or services, Third Party Administration (TPA) services for medical insurance claims, insurance claims adjudication systems and services, healthcare industry-related technology systems, Medicare and or Medicaid claims administration systems, healthcare service provider management and or claims processing systems, financial service or financial management systems, payroll processing systems, HRIS/HRIM systems and/or services.


A four year college degree is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant knowledge and prior experience will be considered in lieu of formal education qualifications. DataPath is a non-smoking environment. Non-smokers only.

Position Title: IT Systems Analyst

DataPath, Inc. is a Benefit Systems development company. We specialize in bringing cutting edge business solutions to the Employee Benefit marketplace.

The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and administration of computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and all configurations. The analyst will perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. The candidate must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or other network and/or system problems and replace defective components as needed. Tasks will include the planning, coordination and implementation of network security measures to protect data, software and hardware. The analyst must configure, monitor and maintain email applications and virus protection software. The individual will be involved in the design, configuration and testing of computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.

Job requirements include but are not limited to the minimum of one year demonstrable experience in an IT software and hardware support environment. DataPath is a non-smoking environment. Non-smoker only.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager is charged with the review of project plans in order to plan and coordinate project activity. The Manager must consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess development needs and system requirements. The Manager will evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.The Project Manager will review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation. The Manager will direct daily operations of department(s), analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines in order to expedite the successful completion of a project. The Manager will remain informed as to the updated inventory of the human and material resources of the company and will assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers as needed for the project. The Manager will prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports.

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate for the Project Manager position must have a minimum of three years experience in a project management role preferably in one of the following areas: Flexible Spending Account administration (FSA), Health Saving Account administration (HSA), employee benefits administration or banking industry demand deposit systems, credit and/or debit card systems, employee reimbursement accounts, healthcare insurance claims systems or similar environments. Knowledge or experience in 401K record-keeping or mutual fund trade networks would be a plus. Experience in a broad technology-based development environment will be considered. Competence with Microsoft operating systems is essential.

Technical Support Personnel answer calls from clients regarding the use of multiple, proprietary software programs. These calls include general use questions, error messages, and unexpected data results. This position requires the ability to work with the software to determine the cause for the client event to identify the reason for the resulting data, often working with programmers to make this determination. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Technical Support Personnel must be patient and able to walk clients through a process step-by-step.

Job requirements include but are not limited to familiarity with MS Word and mail merging, Excel, and a working knowledge of mathematics. The applicant must know how to maneuver in Windows, including copying, pasting, and attaching files to email. Knowledge of computer networks is helpful.
