You can now export Payments and Claims information from the Employer Payment History screen on myRSC.com. This new ability has become very popular with our users.

Before, the Employer Payment History page only allowed a user to view or print payments and claims. The claims were grouped according to payments. If one check paid for ten separate claims, there was only one item.

The updated page now allows the user to export comma-separated value (.csv) files that can be downloaded to the user's local computer. The user has the option of choosing either the Payment Level Export of the Claim Level Export.

The Payment Level Export file format holds the following information:

• Payee
• SSN
• Payment ID
• Payment No.
• Payment Date
• Payment Type
• Total Amount Paid

The Claim Level Export file format holds the following information:

• Payee
• SSN
• Payment ID
• Payment No.
• Payment Date
• Payment Type
• Total Amount Paid
• Claim No.
• Claim Amount Paid
• OP_ID
• OP_Description
• Plan Year Begin Date
• Plan Year End Date
