COMING ATTRACTIONS:
Alternate Login ID for myRSC.com

Beginning January 1, 2005, myRSC.com users will no longer be required to use their Social Security Number (SSN) as a Login ID for myRSC.com. Instead they will automatically generate their own Login ID through an intuitive process.

Current Users.  The first time a current user signs on after this enhancement is in place, the user will be prompted to generate a new Login ID. The system will lead the user through each intuitive step to set up the Login ID of their choice.

First-Time Users.  Your system will not have to be upgraded if first-time users log in initially with their SSNs before generating their personal Login ID. However, your system will need to be upgraded if the first-time users are not willing to do so. With the upgrade, your system can generate a letter or email giving the new user a temporary Login ID.

Upgrading System. As stated above, if you require first-time users to login with their SSNs, you will not have to upgrade your system. The upgrade (available soon) will allow you to generate temporary Login IDs and mail/email them to the new users. The process for the upgrade ( to be released shortly) will be the same as any other DataPath upgrade. Just go to www.dpath.com, click on support, and follow the instructions.

Login Screen Updated.  The new myRSC.com Login Screen will feature interactive logos for myResourceCard®, mySourceCard, and HSAToday. When a user clicks on one of these logos, they will be prompted to log in by entering their account number for that particular product.

This enhancement once again illustrates DataPath's response to their users's requests. Watch for further news on this great new ability!
