We are proud of the many new features and improvements for the DataPath
systems that have been released recently or will be released within the
next two months.
Many of these are at the request of our users. We are always glad to
receive suggestions from you.
New Features and Improvements Currently in Place
Max105
- Max105 now has Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Capability. (See
article in this newsletter.)
mySourceCard® Debit Card
- The Minimum Balance requirement for Debit Card pre-funding has been
reduced by as much as 40 percent.
- The Minimum Amount is now rounded up to the next $500 instead of
$1,000. (This is very helpful for small groups.)
- The Automatic Monthly Recalculation option has been added to
allow the minimum to decrease as the remaining benefit amounts decrease.
- New email notification lets the employees know that their card has
been created.
- An Email Editor has been added to allow the text and settings to
be changed for the email notifications for Card Mailed, Transaction
Occurred, and Transaction Status.
- A connection to myHSAToday™ accounts has
been added.
myResourceCard® Credit Card
- Changed the Credit Card Minimum Payment to be either 10%
of the balance or $50, whichever is greater. (If the current
balance
is less than $50, the minimum payment will be the current
balance.) As a direct result, late fees will not be incurred if the
employee pays the minimum amount. (Finance Charges will still
be charged on any unpaid balance.)
- New email notification lets the employees know that their card has
been created.
- An Email Editor has been added to allow the text and settings to
be changed for the email notifications for Card Mailed and Transaction
Occurred.
DPI-COBRA
- Online COBRA enhancements include the ability to add and edit Employees,
Dependents, Coverages, and Qualifying Events by the TPA, Employer,
and Employees. These transactions can then be downloaded into the COBRA
system. Also, you can now add dependents without requiring their SSNs.
- Payment Processing Recoup Features now include the ability to Offset
or Dismiss amounts previously paid to Employers that need to be recouped.
- Batch Reporting Enhancements now include a feature which allows Reports
that can
be batched
now in their own list to print an advisory report when no data is found.
- Check Detail in Cash Management now allows you to
view all the detail of what was on a check from the cash management
system.
- Scheduled Popup Notes now allows you to flag Notes to popup on the
Things To Do List immediately or on a specific date.
- In order to make the task of assigning documents easier, Documents
Assigning has been moved to the employer screen. Now it is possible
to assign
up
to three
documents to each event.

- An Online Tutorials and Demos Page has been added to dpath.com. A
Demo on the new COBRA Online Capabilities is now available. You can
reach this new page by
logging through the Customer Log In and selecting the "Online
Tutorials and Demos" page.
www.myRSC.com
- The myRSC website is now accessible by all major Internet browsers
(including Internet Explorer, Firefox/Mozilla, Opera, and Netscape)
and by both PCs and MACs.
New Features
and Improvements to be Released in the Next Two Months
DPI-125
- The ability to administer the new 2 1/2 month grace period by
users without the Global Claim Processing (GCP) ability is currently
in alpha testing, with an estimated delivery date of early November.

- Documents without mail merge fields will be ready by mid-October.
EM2
- Enrollment Manager enhancements to ease the re-enrollment process
will be delivered by early November.
myHSAToday™
- Investment options will be added.
- Credit Card connections to myHSAToday™ accounts
will be added.
Max105
- Claims Import ability will be added.
- Claims Export to GCP will be added.
DPI-COBRA
- Ability to manage and distribute COBRA letters in Spanish will be
added. COBRA documents in Spanish will be provided.
