What does IVR mean for me?

  • Reduces number of participant calls to PSP by providing access to primary data on FSAs, HRAs and Transportation Benefits for participants such as;
    • Account balance information starting with the most recent information and up to 3 plan years
    • Claim related data such as claim vouchers and reimbursements
    • Enrollment for FSAs and Transportation benefits
    • Access to debit card transactions and payments
    • Access to denied debit card transactions
    • Access to credit card transactions
  • Provide operational efficiencies through management reporting of IVR statistics (how many participants are using the IVR, how many participants are checking Debit Card balances, etc.)
