What does Fax Service mean for me?

  • Your participants will never get a busy signal: we have installed a BANK of lines that handle the overflow. You may have two lines now, but if three participants faxed simultaneously, then one will get a busy signal in your local setup. Our fax service provides you up to 23 lines to use.
  • Digital Solution: faster fax speeds with less errors.
  • Imaging of faxed receipts eliminates the need for paper: we provide a fax viewer that serves up your faxed claims via the web and is integrated with your Global Claims Processing module for convenience.
  • Integrated with myRSC.com: the faxed claims that are inputted and assigned will be viewable by the participants via their myRSC portal.
  • Efficiency: input the claim information from a view of the electronic receipt. The assignment of the fax image to the database is automatic as your Staff inputs the claim. This assignment is transmitted to the myRSC site automatically giving the participant access to their faxed receipts online. 24/7/365. No additional work necessary.
  • Archiving (Electronic Claim Receipts Storage): we can offer storage for your participants' receipts with your Faxing Service. The long term benefits here are Disaster recovery and a step towards SAS70 compliance.
