GROW, GROW, GROW.

What is the best thing about your job?

I don’t have to dress up EVERY day!

What is the most challenging thing about your job?

Listening to and handling complaints from cardholders about confusion they have due to the fact that they are being serviced by both the TPA and Card Services. A lot of times I am asked questions about their coverage or about turning in receipts and I don’t want to assume to know what the TPA would prefer the response to be. So I often have to refer them back to the TPA. The back and forth process for the card holder is the most challenging thing about my job.
