Major Updates to DPI ProductsBig changes are being made to our DPI Suite modules to keep our products on top and to help our Third Party Administrators maximize their efficiency through our site integration. To improve our integration with the myRSC.com website, we have made changes to allow the user to upload Census, COBRA, and enrollment changes, such as change of address, for all of our DPI Admin Systems. The website’s layout has been changed to a more user-friendly format, making it easier to view plan statuses. The TPA view will list all of the HRA 105 benefits an Employer has in an easy to understand layout displaying benefits, claims, reimbursements and balances. Full details of the Employee account balances will be displayed by benefit, augmented for easy to use search features. Our HRA 105 program has undergone many changes, including adding measures to prevent accidental loss of claims data. By applying new business rules to the system and locking plan specifications, Third Party Administrators no longer need worry about claims and services being retroactively edited by mistake. New filters have been added to improve the Carry Over Process. We have also added a new feature that will allow Third Party Administrators to keep track of claims that have been marked for review, request, or dismissal with greater ease. Also, new report features have been added, allowing greater protection of Employee Social Security Number information when creating ACH Validation reports. In our Card Services program, we’ve addressed the issue of mismatched information by sending automatic notices to the Third Party Administrator when the information from DPICMS does not match the application information. Also, information changed on the Card Account Screen will be reflected within the system, reducing possible discrepancies. Our Global Claims Processing module has been revamped, as well, improving features from making claims easier to review to speeding up auto-substantiation. You can also now find request claims that have “expired” more easily through a new feature. A new setting has been added to the claim import process that has the ability to recognize the type of benefit being imported based on the type of import file. | |
