How do you see your department developing / improving in 5 years?As a previous Administrator, I hope to bring to development a clear picture of what the client needs and how the systems should perform for the most efficient and accurate means of administration. What is the best thing about your job?Wearing multiple hats. What is the most challenging thing about your job?Keeping track of my many jobs. Since my employers were small firms, the accounting department was expanded to include Payroll and Human Resources. I then made the switch to Human Resources full time with my focus in the Benefits Management area. Before starting at DataPath, I worked for a Third Party Administrator of employee benefits in Philadelphia. I spent nine years at this firm and was promoted from Claims Adjuster to Plan Administrator, to Manager of Benefits Administration, then Business System Analyst, and finally Compliance Manager.
