I manage the Quality Assurance Department for Product Testing, Documentation, and In-House Training for the distributed DataPath Administrative Systems and myRSC.com. I also provide support for the Customer Service Team.

What do you envision as the most important function of your department?

To ensure that DataPath products continue to provide clients with the most effective means of administration. I strive to ensure that they are able to perform their professional responsibilities as seamlessly as possible.

How do you see your department developing / improving in 5 years?

With continued growth of the department along with policies and procedures that have been established at DataPath, I see this department providing the most stable, user-friendly, and legally-compliant products to our clients in a timely manner.

What is the best thing about your job?

The ability to see how my department’s team efforts provide the best product possible.

What is the most challenging thing about your job?

Ensuring that everything is handled on schedule with an often limited number of people.

What is your work background?

I started my career with a natural gas distribution company as a Rate Analyst. After spending 2½ years with them, I took a position with the Arkansas Public Service Commission as an Auditor for Natural Gas Rate Cases. Later, I was promoted to a Rate Analyst position and worked on Natural Gas and Electric Company rate cases. I spent eight years with the Commission. Upon leaving the Commission, I was hired by DataPath in the Quality Assurance Department.

Denver, Colorado

Family Information

My husband’s name is Billy, and we have been married for almost seven years. We do not have any children yet, but hope to in the near future.

Hobbies

Boating, water-skiing, cooking, sewing, and reading.
