In subsequent alerts, we have encouraged you to make your opinions known and we have provided form letters and congressional contact information to enable you to contact your specific legislators, as well as those on the Senate Finance Committee, the Joint Committee on Taxation and the House Ways and Means Committee. If you have not found time to contact these legislators, be assured there is still time to make your voice known.

In addition to creating this website to keep you updated on current news, documents and contact information, DataPath has been hard at work lobbying our own legislators, as well as those members of the key committees involved, the Senate Finance Committee, the Joint Committee on Taxation, and the House Ways and Means Committee. 

Washington Visit: John Robbins, Sr., President of DataPath, Inc. and DataPath’s Political Action Specialist, James Cheek, visited with the members of the Arkansas Congressional Delegation during the week of June 8th.  Information sharing sessions were conducted with Senators Blanche Lincoln and David Pryor and Congressmen Vic Snyder, Mike Ross and John Boozman. During these sessions, DataPath outlined the importance and value of employee-sponsored benefit arrangements including the FSA and the HSA options.
